Supervision
- Reporting: Directly accountable to the TST Board of Directors.
- Independence: Must operate with broad direction and minimal supervision from the Board.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property management.
- Certification: Must hold a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
- Skills: Should be a self-starter able to manage a high-rise condominium independently.
Scope of Work
Weekly Inspections:
- Inspect building and ensure maintenance of common areas.
- Oversee pool area management and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules.
Employee Management:
- Supervise and motivate community employees.
- Provide training, performance evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Manage inventory and purchasing in collaboration with the Building Engineer.
Administrative Functions:
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and procedural documentation.
- Process payments, track employee leave, and prepare annual reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as issuing pool passes and lease agreements.
Communications:
- Ensure staff courtesy and prompt response to resident complaints.
- Maintain effective communication with the Board and residents.
- Implement Board directives and participate in community activities.
General Duties:
- Attend Board meetings and community functions.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by the Board.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Associate's Degree.
- Certifications: CMCA or equivalent
- Experience: At least 5 years in property management.
- Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
