JOB FUNCTION: The Manager is responsible for the management, organization, operation and staffing for all of the functions and services of the Association. This position requires both short-term and long-range planning, the application of technology and innovation, combined with financial and operation management, and the selection and motivation of personnel. In addition, the Manager is tasked with the development and application of measurements to ensure that the Condominium’s physical plant is maintained and improved in keeping with high-quality residential condominium standards, as well as the cost effectiveness of day-to-day operations for the benefit of the Association.
